Other airlines include American Airlines and United Airlines, as well as Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, Frontier Airlines and Southwest Airlines. That means that there are convenient flights to a wide variety of destinations. Cincinnati is also within 500 miles of 60% of the nation's population. The airport is just 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. There are lots of options to get from the airport to downtown. In fact, the most economical way is the TANK (Public Transit Authority) Airporter route for just $1.50 per ticket and it's only a 20-minute ride. Buses pick up every 30 minutes. By Car: Within 500 miles of 60% of the nation's population, no matter where you're coming from, your trip to Cincinnati, Ohio is probably shorter than you think. Traveling by car, take Interstate 74 from Indianapolis, 75 from Dayton and Lexington, and 71 from Columbus and Louisville. Ground Transportation: Cincinnati offers many different ways to travel in the metro area: Cincinnati Metro (fixed route bus service), The Airporter, Airport Executive Shuttle, taxi, Uber or Lyft (rates around $26) rideshares.
