  • All sessions are scheduled to begin at 11 am Eastern / 10 am Central / 9 am Mountain / 8 am Pacific and 12 noon Atlantic
  • All posted session times are Eastern Time (ET).
  • Registration is per Center and limited only by each center’s capacity to view the online sessions.
  • Each session is via Zoom. You will be sent a reminder and an invitation before each Session.
  • All dates are tentative.
  • At the conclusion of this series, participants will have a working knowledge of their own KPIs, P&L Statement, and Balance Sheet, and will know how to increase profitability using this knowledge.
  • Each Center is required to have a computer available (at least one per Center, shared by Center’s personnel or one per person), have Microsoft Excel installed, and at least one person within each Center with a basic working knowledge of Excel.
  • You will have access to an Exclusive Resource Page for this Series that contains recordings of each session plus tools, handouts, and worksheets – available to you all year. You can review it with your staff as needed throughout the series, and the following calendar year as well!
