It's... Time to UPDATE Your Profile

Now is the perfect time to UPDATE Your Profile in The Group WebSystem. This applies to both Your Personal login account as well as Your Center's Company information (if you are an Owner or Designated Manager as a Key Contact).

Doing so will ensure your information is current and can be included in dozens of search results.

The Group WebSystem features multiple ways to find Group Centers on three levels... searching for Group Centers, Group Centers' staff as well as an extensive list of other attributes.

New Social Handle Attributes–Just Added

An idea that came from our most recent Marketing Needs in the Future ideas session was to add attribute fields for each Center to help make it easier to connect and follow Group Centers you wish to watch. We have added Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest and YouTube.

These new attribute fields will show on the Client A-Z list (no searching required) as well as the Client Directory Search, where you have a huge number of ways to search for Centers that match any of the search options. Here are the areas of search options:

• General Search Attributes – Any General Company/Address Info/Contact info including Website and eMails
• New Social Handles
• Business Types
• Group Award Centers
• Locations – Full Time
• Locations – Seasonal
• Owned/Leased
• Facility Size (acres)
• Parking Spaces (permanent and overflow)
• Accounting Software
• POS-Number of Registers
• POS System – Years Used + Rating
• HR – number of areas
• Products/Services Sold (both extended list of Greengoods and Hardgoods Categories plus Services)
• Event Activities

Another feature in the Client A-Z and Client Directory Search results is a Google Map link to instantly be transported to a map view of the Garden Center. You can then click on the Satelite View to see an overhead and then grab the golden person icon (bottom right) to drag over to the map to see a Street View. If you are following a particular Group Garden Center, utilizing these Google Map links can help give you a much better idea of the Center's layout, features, structures, parking and more. It's fast and easy!

Searching for Group Centers can be quick and easy. BUT... just think about how many things have changed in the past year or more. How many of our Centers have updated just their POS System.

Group Owners and Managers...even if you think you have added or updated your Center's Profile, please take a minute to check and, of course, be sure to add your new Social Handle links.

John Robert Wooden (October 14, 1910 – June 4, 2010) was an English Teacher and American Basketball Coach... Nicknamed the "Wizard of Westwood", he won 10 NCAA National Championships in a 12-year period as head coach for the UCLA Bruins, including a record seven in a row. No other team has won more than four in a row in Division I college men's or women's basketball. Within this period, his teams won an NCAA men's basketball record 88 consecutive games.
