Just Like Clockwork - The 100% Club Awards

An exciting moment at The Fall Event is always our Awards Program, recognizing individual Centers' milestones and accomplishments from both the Weekly Department Review (WDR) and the Annual P&L Study. The presentations begin with what we call The 100% Club. This award recognizes reporting Centers who have reported every week in the WDR they are scheduled to be open. You may remember an earlier blog message I shared back on August 14th titled Just Like Clockwork. In that message we spotlighted 37 Centers who had not only reported 100% in the most recent period (July'22-June'23) but also had done so for 3 straight years!!! This year at The Fall Event 2023, we awarded 49 Centers with their 100% Club Plaques (seen above). This was 49 out of the 69 total Centers recognized. That's 71% of the 100% Club Centers attending!

In the August 14th blog message Tim Quebedeaux had reported there were 2,699 weekly reports uploaded in the first 6 months (January-June) of this year. I want to give you a new update... As of last Friday, September 29th, that total is now 4,139 reports! That is a ton of data that continues to build on our ability to study each Center, each Region, and each Category... each week, month and year.

Our 120+ Centers openly and consistently sharing each week is a powerful experience. Watch for more of our P&L Award Centers being recognized in the weeks ahead!

One of the highlights of The Fall Event 2023 was the Eureka! Ranch Keys to Innovation Success presented by Maggie Nichols. If you were there, no doubt there were takeaways and if you were not, we've captured the presentation and it's now available on the Group Websystem (see link on MY LANDING PAGE.)

This week we also share a recap of one of John Kennedy's very best presentations on the last day of The Fall Event 2023... Becoming Great. John has presented at The Fall Event for many years and always shares insightful and inspirational messages, but this was over the top. If you were there you know how impactful it was for all of us. His blog article version is below, but it simply cannot capture the power of his message.
