Collaborate

Collaborate seems like a pretty lite word to describe what we do here in The Group. A quick synonym search for alternatives finds: Cooperate, Unite, Join, Team-Up, Pull Together, Hang Together, and many more. All of these combined much better describe what we know today as The Group.

In the coming weeks and months you will see us having more sessions to bring The Group together... to Collaborate!

Beginning with our GROUPtalk LIVE Series Session on April 13th, we will have a Group Discussion including several of our Centers seeing increases in Sales through Transaction Counts and Average Sales and we will explore what trends they are seeing in their locations. This will also provide plenty of time for Q&A from all Group Centers, especially those that just opened or are just about to open. Both Northern and Western Regions have continued to have winter weather so interacting with Peer Centers in more Southern Regions can help provide a possible outlook ahead. This approach to featuring Peer Centers in the GROUPtalk LIVE Series Sessions will be something we repeat in later months as we see trends and subjects that may provide valuable ideas.

This summer, Tim Quebedeaux and I will host small virtual gatherings for WDR Sales Group Centers to gather and share details. Much of the time Sales Groups may not know each other (unlike Regional Group Members). We did this last year and it proved to be a productive and informative time. Getting to know Peer Centers in your Sales Group helps to connect and be able to interact at any time throughout the year. Even if you are not currently in a WDR Sales Group – don't worry, we will fit you into the appropriate Group. Watch for details and dates when we will hold these WDR Sales Groups gatherings.

And during The Fall Event 2023... We plan to have more Breakouts and Small Peer Group Sessions. In addition, we are exploring the possibility of having virtual Community Circles with targeted areas of interest throughout the year – all designed to help you take advantage of the vast knowledge and experience within The Group.

I began this message by exploring the word Collaborate and thinking The Group Experience is much more than what one word can describe.

Actually, the Quote of the Week in this week's GROUPtalk is a much better way to describe what we do together...using the word SYNERGY. Here's the quote:
