2021: The Year of Alignment

Happy New Year and Happy New You. The previous year (formally known as 2020) has left an impact on all of us, and to not have been affected, changed or transformed would be both unrealistic as well as unfortunate.

As I have written before, wine tastes better from grapes that were stressed (see previous article— “Savor the Stress”). And after the year we all had, I’m sure there was a fair amount of wine “tasting” happening throughout the Holidays with The Group.  Cheers to that!

As we enter into 2021, and continue our Group Talk LIVE Series next week, the theme I would like to tackle to kick off the year is “Alignment!”

After a long flight or longer drive, it is not uncommon for me to visit the chiropractor to have them “Humpty Dumpty” me back together. We were all stretched, pushed, pulled, and achy by year’s end, and deserve a real good cracking alignment.

On the 14th, I will address the health of you, your business, your team and your year. We will take two separate tracks and first direct insight and intention on the “people” side of your business spotlighting mission, vision, values, on-boarding, and culture.

We will then move to the “process” side and focus on systems, planning, revenue-generating, e-commerce and a concept called “EOS” to navigate the execution of your strategic plan.

When companies align their people and processes towards a common mission, vision, and outcome, the effort becomes less chaotic, more intentional, less responsive/reactionary and more stable and strategic. Less stress, more savor.

We call that “MOLO!”
