New Year = New Opportunities

We have some big news as we look forward to the 2023 new year. If you have been reading recent GROUPtalks, I hope you have read about our Weekly Department Review (WDR) program going online, beginning Week 1 of 2023.

Participating Group Centers will access the WDR through our WebSystem, both for uploading their data and seeing weekly reporting when complete. (If you need help logging in please let me know.)

This is a major transition for the WDR and will not only provide what you and all Group Centers have grown accustomed to over the 20+ years of its development but will add a multitude of additional ways to explore the performance – of both The Group as a whole, any sales group or region and individual Centers. It will also easily provide the opportunity to compare your Center to any participating peer Center with a simple click of the mouse.

One of the biggest additions will be the opportunity to view trends over date ranges that you can define. As you know with our current excel-based system, it was simply a static view at the given time (both current week and year to date).

This Thursday or Friday Is Your Introduction to WDR Online
All Group Centers will receive a Zoom invitation today through our GroupEs eList to join us this coming Thursday or Friday at 11:00 am Eastern. Tim Quebedeaux will walk you through the new WDR Online and you will see how the upload process is performed and explore many of the actual reporting data. Both the Thursday and Friday sessions will be the same. We want to make sure you can join us and work around any scheduling conflicts, so just pick which day and time fit best with your schedule. We will be excited to see you online and explore together what the new WDR Online will look like in 2023.

A Special THANK YOU to Group Test Centers
I want to say Thank You to a select group of volunteer Centers who have been not only sending their weekly reports to Tim as usual but also have been uploading to the new WDR Online system. That data from the past 6 weeks along with some sample data from earlier in the year will be what we use in the preview introduction this week.

This will be an exciting time and certainly the biggest leap forward for the WDR in years. It will certainly be different so be ready to explore this new way of experiencing the WDR Online!
