Let's face it. Things tend to get more and more complicated. Every time we add a new program or product, does it replace an existing one or just increase your the list of "things-to-do" and multiply your weekly, daily (or even hourly) challenges? With where your Center has been the last 15+ months, it's time to focus on simplifying your operation. You can begin at The Fall Event 2021.

Just think about how marketing has changed in the last 20 years. When The Group first began and Robert [Hendrickson] was on-site, most Centers had just three forms of advertising they were utilizing... Newspaper, Direct Mail, and Radio. And OK...some could afford  local TV advertising back then (a forth option). That was pretty well it. Promotions were more broad in scope and planned out well in advance... such as Crape Myrtle Days or Rose Week(s). You probably have those still today.

But Fast-Forward to NOW! You have the added ability to push out quick social posts of wonderful new plants coming right off the truck... in real time. And how many social platforms do you post the the news on? The number of ways to instantly share the news is endless.. and growing (there's probably a couple new Apps that's been added as I type - and you read this).

We could also point to other areas of your business management which have grown much more complicated. Just consider your POS System today. The level of details (categories, items, varieties, sizes, etc.) requiring a huge number of SKUs to track and account for today is far beyond the days of the "smart" cash registers years ago.

We all realize there is a growing need to simplify processes. That translates to simplifying your day!

You can also schedule posts for later times or days. There are other services that do just that, such as Hootsuite, SocialPilot, Sprout Social, BuzzSumo, Socialert, Crowdfire, and many more.
