Let's face it, with what you have been through the past 14 months, this should really get your attention.

You've certainly learned a lot and most likely your Center has made huge gains in your mission to share Gardening with the world around you. But, most of you are really tired. I see it in your faces and hear it in your voices. You and your team really need to find a time to recharge. That re-charge time will come - hopefully soon. The big picture of where you are today points to leveraging what you now know and what you have come through to re-think or adapt your normal operations and work flow.

As you begin to catch your breath and re-charge, it can be a time to bring your team together to work on how you can refine operations to allow your entire team to work smarter, not harder.
