It's Time!

It's Time!

by Danny Summers

Time is Very Important! We begin with the same amount of it every day. What we do with it can make a world of difference. At the same time, I hear from many of you time management is increasingly more difficult (and more important).

This is why we have decided "It's Time" will be our over-aching theme for The Fall Event 2019. It's Time can take a number of meanings for each of us. Take a minute to think about the following statement and how you would (or should) finish the sentence:

It's Time to_______________________________________!

Each session of The Fall Event 2019 will give you an opportunity to focus on how you would finish that sentence in multiple ways and prioritize them. It could be about...

  • getting more focused on profitability and bottom line
  • developing a better staff, team-building, or how best to handle HR issues
  • a new company image and promotions for customers
  • organizing your day/week/month/year to work smarter, not harder
  • or even looking ahead at the best way to transition your business to the next generation or next business owners.

There are many more ways to finish the sentence and I am sure your list, made with you and your center in mind, will be a custom-fit. Much of the time, we all attend industry events, make notes and even resolve to go back to our business, put new things in place and make changes towards real improvements. But we all know what often happens. You go back and put those notes in the self and months or even years later, that same "to-do" list is still there.

We want change that and for this to be a really different experience. One where you leave Nashville with a short list of things that make a real difference for you and your center. And we will help.

This past week as I was thinking about TIME, I ran across a great message by Jim Rohn, titled, "This is How Your Should Start Your Day." At the start of this message he says, "Here's the time to act. When the idea is hot and the emotion is strong. That's the time to act, before the feeling passes, and ideas get dim." If you wait, he says "it becomes the law of diminishing intent." This is just one example of why TIME is so important and why TIME will be our focus at The Fall Event. I encourage you to listen to Jim Rohn's 17 minute message HERE.

I challenge you... be thinking about how you should finish the sentence: It's Time... to________.

I hope to see you in Nashville, September 23-26 and we will work on your "Time-to-do list!"

It's Time!
